Fed:Labor IR umpire plan another blow for small business =2

But Labor's spokesman for small business .. CRAIG EMERSON .. says Ms BAILEY'S claims
are just plain wrong.

Mr EMERSON says unfair dismissal cases will be resolved by the independent umpire ..

not union officials.

He says Fair Work Australia will be a one-stop shop that's efficient .. effective ..

informal and easily accessible to all Australians .. including small business.
